A couple of years back, I established a Pinterest board dedicated to clothing, prompting me to contemplate my preferences regarding fashion and the style I wanted to embrace.

My inclination towards minimalism primarily led me to establish a 'capsule wardrobe' with a cohesive set of pieces. Additionally, this endeavour served as a means to better understand myself, my emotions, and my style.

Allocating time for self-exploration in this way is crucial. I have come to understand that the true meaning of life is found in accepting one's authentic self. We are unique, coming into this world to realize our full potential.

Although it may seem straightforward, one of the most challenging aspects for individuals is the uncertainty about their identity. Frequently, we seek validation from others or conform to the unspoken norms of our familial or societal environment rather than embracing our true selves and living authentically.

Understanding your own identity is essential to determining your desires in life. Leading a fulfilling life is challenging without clearly understanding your aspirations and needs. Self-awareness involves observing your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. To dedicate time to self-discovery without being influenced by societal expectations.

Putting yourself first and living your life as you want is not selfish. Prioritizing your own needs and desires is essential. This doesn't imply neglecting the well-being of others; one can choose to care for others, such as by becoming a parent or looking after elderly or sick family members.

Similarly, life may present various challenges you must address, but ultimately, you are accountable for yourself and can decide how you want to lead your life. Each individual must make choices regarding the direction they want their life to take and be accountable for bringing those choices to fruition.

A fulfilling life looks different for each of us. We are not all supposed to live the same life. One person's purpose may be to be a Buddhist monk, another's purpose may be to be a CEO and employ hundreds of people, yet another might find himself being a family man, and the fourth is to love hiking in the mountains.

When it comes to my life, I believe it doesn't have to be extraordinary. My main goal is to find joy in simply existing. I am passionate about self-improvement and spiritual topics and eager to discover more about the world. I enjoy singing and have considered joining a choir again or taking singing lessons. Additionally, I aspire to learn how to dance salsa.

Experiencing the freedom to be authentic is genuinely calming. In the past, I used to have a solemn attitude as I sought to discover my true self and life's meaning. Now, I no longer feel like I'm wasting time, whether actively pursuing meaningful activities or simply relaxing. I've come to understand that I don't have to make a massive impact on the world to prove my worth or enjoy being genuine. What a wonderful feeling!
